Please read the following terms and conditions before you place an order. Placing an order means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

1. Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be cancelled.
2. If you refuse to accept the parcel and we get a return parcel, we have the right to upload your details on our page as a “fraud/fake customer” This is done to discourage fake orders. Refusal at doorstep will result in Auto Black List and particular customer will not be able to place order again on site unless they clear the delivery charges we had to pay the courier company for their return parcel. Please only order if you're available to receive the order.
Shipping Policy:
1. The delivery time frame is 4 to 10 working days, However weather conditions, public holidays or other scenarios may delay delivery.
2. Delivery charges are 250rs all over Pakistan
3. Mode of payment is Cash on delivery/bank transfer/jazzcash/easypaisa/sadapay
4. Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be cancelled. If we receive a return parcel from you, we will no longer entertain your orders in future and would be forced to take any action required against it.
5. All prices mentioned are exclusive of delivery charges.
6. Our courier service is not authorized to open parcels or show products before payment. We kindly request that customers refrain from forcing them to do so or rejecting parcels based on this matter.
7. You will receive a message from our courier service with before delivery and you will be informed by us too. To stay updated with the delivery process, please provide a contact number that is currently in use.
8. For the tracking of your order, You will recieve a SMS from courier company with your tracking number. If you do not get a tracking id, feel free to message us requesting for your tracking id.
9. Orders with Amount Above 10,000rs are required to pay 100% or atleast 50% Advance payment to proceed the order.
Customer Protection & Disputes Management:
1. If you encounter any issues with your parcel, such as damage or other concerns, please contact us via instagram or whatsapp. Our response time is within 24 hours.
2. To ensure your customer protection rights, please make an unboxing video of the parcel, showing the seal being opened. Claims for damaged, missing, or replaced products will only be accepted if the seal opening is visible in the video. It is mandatory to make an unpacking video and notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for us to look into the issue.
3. Please refrain from using rude language or slang, as we are committed to providing a respectful environment.
4. We will not be held responsible for any skin allergy or harm caused as a reaction to your skin. Skincare and cosmetic products may react differently on different skin types even if they're original. We cannot be held responsible for any skin irritation, allergy, or reaction that may occur as a result of individual sensitivity or misuse.
5. Do read the product descriptions before ordering a product.
6. While ordering clearance sale or rejected stock products please keep in mind that there might be an issue in the product. Sometimes the issue is only in the packaging, other times there is a mistake made in the manufacturing process due to which it is considered leftover stock hence is available at a lower price.
Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy:
1. Refund and Return/Exchange policies only applicable if customer recieved parcel with any Missing or Damaged product or if any product does not match with what it was shown as or claimed as. We provide money back guarantee on our products if you find them to not be authentic.
2. A video of you opening the parcel is required to process a refund or exchange.
3. In case of a refund, we will only refund amount for the product, delivery charges will not be refunded.
4. Any issue needs to be informed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and the product has to be returned within 3 days.
5. Returns are only acceptable if customer did not open the product, there will be no Return or Refund for used, tested or opened product.
6. If a customer requests a refund and needs to return the parcel, they will be responsible for sending the product back and bearing the delivery charges. We will not refund any delivery charges or Bank Charges of Payment gateways incase of refund. Customer will bear all the delivery charges in whole process of Exchange/Replacements.
7. Choosing the correct shade and variant of product is the customers' responsibility, no refund or exchange applicable there.
Privacy Policies:
1. Please ensure that Customer details related to their Contacts, Banking Informations and other details are safe on our website. Data gathered in terms of Emails, Contact Numbers, and IP addresses will only be used to inform you about our upcoming promotions and important annoucements along with delivery status, with your consent.
